8. Incentive Systems

The company discloses how target agreements and remuneration schemes for executives and employees are also geared towards the achievement of sustainability goals and how they are aligned with long-term value creation. It discloses the extent to which the achievement of these goals forms part of the evaluation of the top managerial level (board/managing directors) conducted by the monitoring body (supervisory board/advisory board).

In the subsequent reporting year 2022, a sustainability goal will be defined for the first time in the context of the strategic goals that are set by our Executive Management Team and Team Leaders. This goal will be embedded in the strategy for the coming business year. There are no financial incentives associated with the achievement of the goals. For the year 2021 no goals were agreed in the area of sustainability.
