INPACS GmbH is a global distribution network uniting more than 100 family-owned wholesaler businesses from over 40 countries in Europe, Asia and Australia/ New Zealand. INPACS serves customers from the sectors healthcare, industry, facility management, and hospitality and offers harmonized service standards and comprehensive product portfolios. Our product range includes cleaning and hygiene supplies, foodservice supplies, guest amenities as well as personal protective equipment and medical supplies.
With this international network, through our partnership with Network Distribution (America), and carefully selected global supply partners by its side, INPACS plays a key role as a multiplier in the market, facilitating tailored consumption of global enterprises.

INPACS HEADQUARTERS
The INPACS headquarters (INPACS HQ) represents the service and coordination centre of the distribution network with a strong focus on setting the quality, efficiency, and performance standards for its international member companies in a manner which best meets changing customer and societal needs.
To successfully fulfil its facilitator role, there are four major value-creating divisions within INPACS HQ:
Sales: Central point of contact for international customers, responsible for international tender management as well as the provision of tailored international supply solutions. Channelling of international customers’ communication and data flows with INPACS members through a designated single-point of contact person.
Procurement: Establishing and developing close collaborations with suitable supply partners, while considering procurement conditions and the promotion of transparent and responsible supply chains, are crucial components to anticipate our customers' demand at all times.
Sustainability: Driving the sustainable development of the INPACS members by offering them comprehensive support, fostering exchange on sustainability within the network, as well as by setting high standards to consistently strengthen them for future challenges.
Digital Services and Analytics: Guiding the digital services and supporting the analytical capabilities of the members through advice and technical support regarding services provided by INPACS. This can enable them to upgrade their customer service and consulting and gain higher customer satisfaction.

Additional remarks:
This report was written by the INPACS sustainability department (see criterion 5 “Responsibility”). While the INPACS GmbH headquarters is the disclosing unit in this report, the sustainability progress of the network and of its members reflects the impact of the headquarters’ work and will therefore be addressed along most of the criteria in this report.
INPACS HQ adheres to market standards and is participating in several initiatives on the topic of sustainability.
Differences in approaches between the reporting period and the status quo at the time of reporting will be indicated where necessary.
INPACS HQ adheres to market standards and is participating in several initiatives on the topic of sustainability.
- INPACS HQ is maintaining a certified quality and environmental management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and 14001.
- The CSR rating platform EcoVadis has awarded the INPACS HQ the platinum medal in 2023. This confirms INPACS' advanced sustainability management in the fields of environment, labour, human rights, and ethics, putting the headquarters into the top 1% of all companies participating in EcoVadis assessments.
- As a participant of the United Nations Global Compact, INPACS HQ is committed to the promotion and implementation of its Ten Principles on human rights, labour conditions, environmental protection, and corruption. With this report on the German Sustainability Code, the company is at the same time fulfilling its disclosure obligation under the UN Global Compact’s "Communication on Progress" for 2023.
