Our expertise
PROPROJEKT Planungsmanagement & Projektberatung GmbH was founded in 1996 with the aim of offering strategic consultancy services in the early phases of complex projects. Today, we operate in the fields of planning, construction and sport as well as at the interfaces between these areas. We offer proven expertise and proactive support in all project phases.
Project decision
We are convinced that successful projects always benefit from a deliberate concept phase in which project goals are defined, risks are minimised and robust strategic decisions are made. We see ourselves as a proactive think tank and as a critical authority in the early service phases of a project with the aim of making a technically and economically optimised project decision.
Project realisation
We see our role in the realisation of buildings, urban development measures, sporting events or specialist events as the driving and proactive element from the outset. As project managers, we are used to coordinating and integrating all specialist disciplines as well as communication and participation processes and bringing all topics together to ensure sustainable and successful project realisation.
