Residential property has long been regarded as the best way to provide for retirement, and rightly so. Low-risk and stable in value, it is an important building block to be able to live as independently as possible in old age. For many people, owning their own home is the life achievement they have worked towards for many years.
However, being the proud owner of a property does not only have advantages: despite the high asset value of the real estate, the liquid funds available often turns out to be not as large as hoped for due to low pensions and rising costs.
Deutsche Teilkauf GmbH offers property owners the opportunity to release real estate assets through a part-sale and convert this asset into cash in order to enjoy financial freedom, especially in retirement. With a part-sale, owners can continue to live in their home, benefit from the appreciation in value of the property as a stable financial investment, and continue to save on the costs of renting an apartment that would have to be paid monthly if the home were sold outright.
Thanks to the part-sale of real estate, seniors receive the liquidity they need to finally be able to fulfill their needs and long-dreamed-of wishes in old age and, for example, take a spontaneous trip, remodel the house to suit their age, or support their own children and grandchildren in financing their own home. More liquid assets help life in retirement to be enjoyed again.
Deutsche Teilkauf guarantees its clients a lifelong right of use, which is entered in the land register with first priority on the entire property. In return, the part-seller pays a monthly usage fee. Both partners benefit from future increases in the value of the property.
A team of experienced real estate experts is on hand to advise owners throughout the entire sales process and takes care of the part-sale process.

Deutsche Teilkauf GmbH was founded in 2020. To date, our company has not yet prepared a sustainability report. The facts and figures, indicators and key figures published in this first DNK (German Sustainability Code) statement for Deutsche Teilkauf GmbH are based on data for the 2021 financial year as of the reporting date of December 31, 2021.
For the 2022 financial year, we provide an outlook in the report on targets and measures that we still intend to implement.
