The IRS Group is the leading provider in the fields of bodywork and paintwork, smart repair, hail damage repair as well as interior and rim preparation. Around 2900 qualified employees ensure consistently high quality throughout the Group at more than 200 locations in Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, and Great Britain.
IRS's clients include car dealerships, fleet operators, leasing companies, insurance companies, property adjusters and private customers. The aim of the IRS Group is to provide comprehensive support to clients, cooperation partners and customers as a more competent and preferred partner and as an integral part of the vehicle claims settlement process.
The workshops of the IRS Group consistently work according to the principle of "repair before renewal". This applies to the Smart Repair method for minor dents and scratches as well as for major damage to the bodywork. Our Danish companies express this principle with the slogan "to repair is to care".

The Body & Paint division in Germany is an association of established companies in the brand-independent accident repair sector that have made a name for themselves in the industry through the highest quality and professionalism.
Decades of experience, state-of-the-art technology and highly qualified employees guarantee our customers a lasting quality of workmanship for any type of motor vehicle. In addition to repair services, we also offer industrial painting of vehicles, such as prototypes, vehicle parts and other objects.
Smart Repair encompasses intelligent solutions and technologies for cost-effective vehicle repairs as well as professional vehicle and rim preparation.The SMART principle – Small Middle Area Repair Technologies – ensures the lowest possible effort to repair minor damage to the vehicle and thus offers customers significant price advantages. Our special smart repair techniques and procedures are recognized by car insurance companies and appraisers.
Our refurbishment service is relevant for all vehicles that are intended for resale – but also for many a private car enthusiast. In our specialized workshops, we clean and polish the vehicles with professional care programs and bring them back to their best possible condition. Our service includes all exterior parts and the entire interior, including repair and repair of minor damage, which we eliminate using the Smart Repair process.
The rim repair division takes over the industrial processing of rims on 2,500 square meters of production space. In addition to technical repairs, cosmetic refurbishments are also offered – for example, the high-gloss polishing of conventional aluminium wheels.
We are one of the leading claims processors for motor insurance companies in Germany and Europe following major hail events. With our mobile repair units, we react to weather events throughout Europe within just 48 hours, set up temporary stations on site in the affected region and guarantee insurance customers an efficient and smooth repair process. Pierre.dk (Denmark and Sweden)
Pierre.dk is the largest car paint shop in Europe with more than 70 car paint centers in Denmark and Sweden and more than 550 employees. Pierre also owns the rust protection expert Dinitrol and Faelgerep.dk rim repair, an international cooperation with the German company Wheel Wizard.
