BABOR takes beauty personally. Skin is as individual as a fingerprint. This is why the researchers in the BABOR laboratories develop exclusive skincare products for different skin needs. The laboratory is still the heart of the company, whose products stand for science, precision, effect and Made in Germany. BABOR ampoules are an icon in the product range. Each filigree, glass ampoule contains exactly the perfect dose of the active ingredient, so that even 2 millilitres have an immediately visible effect.

BABOR looks back on more than 60 years of company history and is the market leader in professional cosmetics in Germany today. As a pioneer, the brand sets international benchmarks. The company is managed by the three managing directors Michael Schummert, Horst Robertz and Stefan Kehr. At the head of the company is the third generation of the owner family: Dr. Martin Grablowitz (Chairman of the Board of Directors) and Isabel Bonacker (Member of the Board of Directors and Brand Ambassador) are the grandchildren of Dr. Leo Vossen, who built up BABOR. 450 employees work at the company headquarters and there are more than 600 employees worldwide.

BABOR is also represented by distributors in over 70 countries and has subsidiaries in Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Singapore, Canada and the USA.
